&lt;p&gt;These are perfect portion sizes &amp;amp; there are even sites online that show you creative ways to spice up your boxed lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Instead of ordering a large tray that you weirdly feel like filling (and always with the choices that make you sad, I know, I have lapses in judgement too!) making a few of these in advance to store in your refrigerator gives you the option to eat cheaper &amp;amp; healthier! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can guarantee you&amp;#8217;ll even want to show off your cute lunch, a little ;D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Plus! If you really are that hungry after the meal you could always pick out a snack from the cafeteria &lt;em&gt;but&lt;/em&gt; by bringing your own customized lunch you know that you filled up on the good stuff first!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This will save you from snacking on the wrong things or choosing the easiest meal you see in the fridge to avoid having to actually think about it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The night/day before make a decision.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow for breakfast:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1 banana&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-bowl of oatmeal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-cup of white tea&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;lunch:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-large salad w/cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, radishes, chick peas and the chicken breast from the other night. Olive oil &amp;amp; vinegar dressing with a pinch of salt and pepper, or other low fat dressing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-cup of water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;snack:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1 serving of almonds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-smoothie w/low fat yoghurt, apple, grapes, spinach, strawberry&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;dinner:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 2 servings of white meat turkey, 1 serving brown rice, 1 serving broccoli.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- white tea or cup of water.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In any spare time the night/day before prepare your meals so that the next day you won&amp;#8217;t decide to get lazy and choose an option that has less preparation time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Make meals in large portions so that you&amp;#8217;ll have leftovers for the next day and the rest to freeze for further meals. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;but wait….i just did ;D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let’s just pretend that bread is sprouted grain so it can contribute to the protein in this meal and add with the fiber!&lt;/p&gt;

I do, however, think it’s always best to find organic dairy foods so that you’re not ingesting all those hormones. It can be hard to eat completely organic, I sure couldn’t afford it!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Picking out a few organic items to get you started is an easy adjustment to your lifestyle and your wallet!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I believe the red pepper is holding hummus, which would be the more healthful veggie dip, made from chickpeas, tahini and olive oil, it is the more nutritious dip by far!&lt;/p&gt;
